Was very hungry this morning and ate a whole bag of carrots and a whole gr pepper. After lunch, I am feeling not hungry and satisfied. So far so good, as far as the food goes. Getting a little preoccupied with food. Stomach problems have abated.

change of plan
At my weigh in this morning, I had gained 3 pounds over my initial starting point. I think having a binge day starts me binging. In any event, yes , the numbers are Weight Watcher values and I am going to start today.

Okay, this morning was weigh in and I was down, maybe 1 1/2 pounds which is a spectacular loss, for me

I am drinking 2 liters of poland selzer black cherry at work
I took AG this morning but am afraid to take the G for fear of smelling like garlic. What is your experience?
