chicken 4

Was very hungry this morning and ate a whole bag of carrots and a whole gr pepper.  After lunch, I am feeling not hungry and satisfied.   So far so good, as far as the food goes.  Getting a little preoccupied with food.  Stomach problems have abated.
Total so far (includes projected dinner-  27

Glad to hear stomach problems are gone. Keep up the good work. Don't feel ;preoccupied' until the plan becomes second nature.
