change of plan

At my weigh in this morning, I had gained 3 pounds over my initial starting point.  I think having a binge day starts me binging.  In any event, yes , the numbers are Weight Watcher values and I am going to start today.

pear
turkey 4
beans 1
salad
dressing 2

carrots tomatoe gr pepper-  snack
orange

pork  4
rice  1 c= 5
beans 2
which leaves 7 points

A weight gain after the cheat day is inevitable, I think. It always happens to me. It takes me 4 days to recover from that. But WW is cool. It is the best of the major plans out there.

I'm sure you'll do fine. Could I ask that you comment in your blog about meeting/not meeting your goals on a daily basis?
