thurs

so yesterday:  3 egg omelet with broccoli/cauliflower and refried beans
left over beef and green beans with refried beans:  split in two portions at 11:30 and 2
more of the above
turkey with skin

Today:  2 eggs, lentils red peppers
salad with turkey and lentils/ avocado/ salad dressing
turkey with spinach/ black bean.
