monday

Okay, this morning was weigh in and I was down, maybe 1 1/2 pounds which is a spectacular loss, for me
Bkfst:  2 eggs, red pepper strips, lentils
Lunch:  salad with redpepper turkey avocado lentils
Dinner:  Hamburg with lentils, french cut green beens
snacks: carrots.
